Returns procedure and policy for business and trade customers:
If you would like to return a product, you have 7 days from invoice date in which to do so. Products can be returned for exchange or for credit, which can be used against new purchases within a 12-month period. Goods MUST be returned to us as we sent them out - that is unmarked and in original packing.
BEFORE SENDING GOODS BACK YOU NEED TO OBTAIN A RETURNS NUMBER.
Please ring sales on 0870 950 1114 who will issue a number.
Please do not send the goods back without a number, as we will be unable to process the returns. Depending on the reason for sending back, we will endeavour to process any returns within 5 working days or sooner.
Please note that the following items cannot be returned: special order goods, covert cameras, PC based systems & software, VCR’s with more than 1 hours use, goods that have been damaged whilst in your care.
Delivery charges are the customers responsibility, and are not part of the credit issued.
Returns procedure & policy for retail customers:
If you want to cancel your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to do so.
You will need a returns note, which can be obtained by ringing 0870 950 1114.
Once the goods have been received and inspected within 7 days of issuing the returns number, and assuming they are as new and in original packaging, then we will refund the price paid within 30 days from date we received the goods.
ALL GOODS ARE RETURNED AT CUSTOMERS OWN RISK AND COST.
GOODS NOT IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING ARE EXCLUDED
GOODS THAT ARE RECEIVED LATE (AS STATED ABOVE) ARE EXCLUDED.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
For faulty goods please call 0870 950 1114 to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number, which must be clearly marked on outer packaging. The cost of postage is not covered by the product warranty. Goods will be either repaired or replaced, depending on the verdict of our technical department. Faulty goods will be processed as quickly as possible, but could be subject to factory verdicts & spares availability. SECURITYinSTORE does not lend courtesy units whilst we have a faulty unit for repair.
